Our dreams often have a longer road to realization. Just like the Forest Tiny House, the sauna at Homut’s farm had to go through many obstacles before it got its final shape. In the end, my husband – the author of the architectural design of the reconstruction of Homut’s farmhouse – took over its design and implementation, and is now putting the finishing touches on it from the first sketch to the final details.
In mid-September the most important part will be installed – the sauna cabin. Then we just need to finish the interior and on October 1, 2025 we will officially open our new sauna for guests.
It can be found at the back of the herb garden, where a separate house with a terrace for relaxation has been built. Hidden behind the herb beds and hydrangeas, the inconspicuous structure will soon reveal its purpose – to offer you a peaceful retreat for relaxation and regeneration. You can cool off in the shower, the outdoor cooling tub and, in the future, a hot tub will be added to the terrace.
What is the most important? This is a private sauna – you book it just for you and your loved ones, no stranger gatherings. In the house, you will find a sauna cabin, shower, toilet and a relaxation room with a pleasant view of the garden – the ideal place for moments of peace between sauna sessions. Fragrance oils from the Czech brand Nobilis Tilia will also ensure your well-being.
