A stylish space full of flavours, aromas and a relaxed atmosphere

The Bistro serves exclusively the guests staying at Homut's Farmhouse, a place where you start your day with a fragrant breakfast and end it with a glass of wine and a meal in the company of your partner, family or friends.

It is housed in an original stone stable of over 100 m², with vaulted ceilings and seating for 45 people. The stylish furnishings - an old cupboard and greenhouse with grandmother's china, oak tables - give the space an authentic atmosphere, combining history with tranquillity.

In the morning we serve a varied breakfast buffet, during the afternoon and evening you can taste homemade soups, pates, pickled cheeses or Danish goulash and many other small and large, hot and cold simple dishes. For those with a sweet tooth, we have desserts, including gluten-free options, and in the summer months, refreshing ice cream.

Our self-service beverage facilities are available throughout the day - coffee from the local roastery NaturPark 12, selected loose teas, ciders from Louny, Karásek lemonades, cider or beer from Lobč and Pilsner Urquell on tap. The wine list is compiled with regard to the proximity of the Mělník wine region - you will find here mostly white wines from local winemakers and quality red wines from abroad.
