Reservations and payments

Do you accept Amazing Places gift vouchers?

Yes, we do. Reservations must be made by email or phone only.

Can you claim the FKSP contribution?

Yes. Simply book your stay online via our website, choose to pay by invoice and send us your employer's billing details including any formal requirements. Alternatively, send your request to recepce@homutuvstatek.cz.

Do you accept benefit cards?

We apologize, but we do not currently accept benefit cards.

Can I pay by credit card?

Yes, we accept Visa and Mastercard.

Arrival and departure

Is early check-in or late check-out possible?

This requirement is solved according to the current situation and availability. Do not hesitate to contact us by phone. If it is possible, we will be happy to accommodate you.

Do you have wheelchair access?

Unfortunately, no. The building is a cultural monument and modifications are not technically possible.

Where can I park?

Parking is free in front of the property. Capacity is limited to 1 vehicle per accommodation unit.

Catering

Do you have a restaurant?

For our guests we offer refreshments from our BISTRO. We do not have a classic restaurant. Cold food and drinks are available 24/7 in the form of self-service. Hot meals can be ordered daily from 17:00 to 19:00 according to the daily menu at the service desk. We will explain the simple system of recording and payment of consumption on arrival.

Do I have to order food in advance?

No. You can take cold food and drinks from our BISTRO menu anytime. You can order hot meals from the daily menu from 17.00 to 19.00. We will explain the simple system of recording and paying for your meals on arrival.

Is it possible to have lunch?

Cold food and drinks are available at any time of the day via self-service. In the evening, you can choose hot meals according to the daily menu. We will explain the system for recording and paying for meals on arrival.

Do you provide food for non-guests?

Our bistro is intended for guests and their visitors only. Exceptions are participants of pre-booked events.

Wellness and relaxation

Do you have a spa?

Yes, from 1. 10. 2025 we offer a private sauna. A hot tub will also be available from spring 2026. Room massages must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.

Activities and leisure

What does the surrounding area offer?

We are located in the Kokořínsko-Máchův kraj Protected Landscape Area. In the surroundings you will find hiking trails, cycling paths and attractive destinations (castles Kokořín, Houska, Bezděz, the town of Mělník, park Mirakulum, Botanicus, Zoopark Zelčín and others). Do you have tips for bike tours?

Yes, there is a cycle path leading directly from the farm. Suitable for mountain and trekking bikes.

Can I store my bikes safely?

Yes, the bikes can be locked in the barn. Electric bikes can be recharged.

Promotions and events

Do you provide catering for weddings or parties?

Yes, we provide full catering for events with accommodation - coffee breaks, banquets, barbecues, plated menus and sweet bars. For more information, please visit our Events & Catering section.

Accommodation and room facilities

Is breakfast included in the price?

Yes, a full buffet breakfast is included.

Are there towels in the room?

Yes, there is a bath towel, bath mat and possibly a smaller towel for the sink. You can also enjoy the high-quality Manufaktura body and hair cosmetics in your room.

Are the rooms equipped with a kitchenette?

Only 3 apartments and the Forest Tiny House have a kitchenette. The other rooms are without a kitchenette.

Is there a kettle or fridge in the room?

The apartments and the Forest Tiny House have both. For other guests, there is a microwave, two shared fridges and a kettle in the common room. We are happy to lend you a kettle in your room on request.

What are the kitchen facilities in the apartments?

Double boiler, fridge, kettle and basic crockery.

Do the double beds have one mattress and a shared duvet for 2 people?

No, all double beds have two single mattresses and two single duvets.

Are blankets and pillows suitable for allergy sufferers?

Yes, we only use bedding with hollow fibre filling.

Children and families

Children's accommodation - is there a charge?

Children under 2 years stay free of charge without bed and board. Children from 3 to 10 years old have a 20% discount.

Do you have equipment for small children?

Yes. We offer travel cots with a standard mattress and standard bedding, a potty, high chairs in the common room and a small play area.

Do you have a playground?

The garden has a sandpit, a swing and a slide. There is a games corner in the lounge.

Can you heat baby food?

Yes. The apartments are equipped with a stove, kitchenware and an electric kettle. A microwave is in the lounge. An electric kettle can be loaned to other rooms on request.

Where can I store my pram?

We prefer to be located in the hallway of the apartments, or in the wheelhouse.

Are there stroller-friendly trails in the area?

Yes, although there aren't many of them given the terrain. We are happy to advise and recommend taking a stretcher.

Special diets

Do you provide a gluten-free or lactose-free diet?

Yes, as long as the request is made at the time of booking. Due to limited supply in local shops, we order ingredients one week in advance. Soups and sauces are thickened with rice flour.

Can you handle the combination of gluten-free and lactose-free diets?

Yes, we can provide the basic combination. However, the menu in the bistro may be limited.

Do you have an offer for vegetarians and vegans?

Vegetarian dishes are included in the breakfasts and bistro. Vegan dishes are not offered.

Our bistro focuses on simple and fresh dishes, so the selection may be narrower for specific dietary needs.

Pets

Do you board dogs or other animals?

No, we do not accommodate pets with regard to guests with allergies.

Operating hours

Are you open all year round?

Yes, normal operation is from March to November. In the winter months we open for pre-booked events and on selected weekends.

Are you open on New Year's Eve?

Yes, we offer themed New Year's Eve stays with a buffet and toast. Details can be found in the "Packages" section.

What are the reception opening hours?

The reception is primarily intended as a contact point for guests and is open daily at
8:00-10:30 and 15:00-19:30.

We are available by phone daily from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.
